Education and Career
Jeroen Meersma studied Dutch law at the University of Groningen and specialized in Private Law and Criminal Law. Jeroen started his career in 1998 as a lawyer at DLA Piper (then still Schut and Grosheide) and later at Arthur Andersen, specialized in corporate law and banking and securities law.
Since 2003, Jeroen has held various management positions in the business world. Jeroen’s focus was on change and innovation. He specializes in change management, new working methods and the psychology of change. Jeroen has led several reorganisations.
In 2020 Jeroen returned to legal work and is involved full-time with employment law for Doorn en Keizer.
Jeroen has been a director of Mediahuis’ company pension fund for many years.
